Training Booking and Charges
You can book a place on a training course from the Events listing.
Booking and Confirmation
We do not accept bookings over the telephone.
What happens after you book
When booking online you will receive a message confirming that your request has been sent successfully. Contact us if this message doesn’t come up. This request goes directly to the training administrator. All booking forms received are passed onto the finance manager for invoicing.
Invoices will be issued once a booking form has been received. Please pay within 14 days to reserve your place/s. Please make any cheques payable to High Peak CVS.
We aim to hold our courses at accessible venues across the High Peak and always ask our participants if they have access requirements. Please indicate your needs on the booking form.
Course costs vary so please refer to the relevant page in the Events listing or training programme. Please note - there may be an additional charge to groups from outside the High Peak area.
Please let us know as possible in writing or by email, if you can no longer attend the course or wish to cancel your booking. Someone else can attend in your place but you will need to provide their details prior to the course. Cancellations or amendments will not be accepted by telephone.
Please note that cancellations made up to 3 weeks before the course date will incur a £10 administration fee. There is a 50% charge for cancellations made between 21 and 14 days before the course, and a 100% charge for cancellations made less than 14 days before the course. Unattended places will not be refunded.
High Peak CVS reserves the right to cancel and withdraw a course at any time. In these circumstances the delegate will be will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
The information you give on the booking form will be entered onto an attendees list. It is used for training purposes only and is not passed on to any other organisation.
