Lifeforce Recovery Project

The Lifeforce project provides farm and rural activities and natural therapy for those aiming for, or in recovery from alcohol and substance misuse.  

The project commenced on 13 October, but referrals are still welcome from anywhere in the High Peak.  

The sessions are every Friday from 10am to 4.30pm and run from Oct 2017 Sept 2018.  Lunch and transport are provided. 

Activities include: gardening, animal care, fencing, dry stone walling, conservation, guided walks and survival skills, Workshops include mindfulness and stress control, nutrition, cooking and arts and crafts.
