Dementia Friendly Events

Dementia Action Week 21 27 May.  

Calamity Jane - Dementia-Friendly Film Screening at QUAD, Derby on Tuesday 22 May at 1pm   www.derbyquad.co.uk

At Derby Theatre the summer family show Holiday will have a dementia friendly performance on Sat 4 August. www.derbytheatre.co.uk/holiday

Meanwhile, over at the Royal Centre in Nottingham at the end of the year, relaxed performances of:

These relaxed performances see slight changes to the show that may make people feel more at ease. These include reducing noise levels and excluding any flashing light or loud bangs, keeping the house lights on and doors open for people to move around as they need to.
