Derbyshire Mind are running a Mental Health First Aid for Armed Forces Personnel course on 25 and 26 April in Derbyshire.  

Veterans make up 10% of our communities.  1 in 4 people experiences a mental health problem in any year and that includes former and current members of the Armed Forces.  

This two-day course will help people who support the general public as part of their role to understand some of the issues faced by people with mental health problems and to know how to respond in an emergency situation and also longer term.
