Derby-based organisation Derventio Housing Trust is part of a new programme to help people with multiple and complex needs towards and into work. Opportunity and Change works with people who have experience of substance misuse, repeat offending, mental ill health, domestic violence or homelessness. Participants in the scheme have a full assessment of their needs before being assigned a personal Navigator to provide personalised advice and support.
As one of the local partners of the Derbyshire and Nottingham programme, Derventio will provide support to people in Amber Valley, Derbyshire Dales, Erewash and High Peak in Derbyshire.
