Mindful Compassion Course at Blythe House March - May 2017.
An eight-week course taking place on Tuesday evenings, 6 - 8pm, on the following dates: 28 March, 4, 11, 18 April, 2, 9, 16, 30 May
This course can help you to
- take better care of yourself and others by developing your selfawareness
- improve your ability to manage difficult situations in life, thus reducing your stress levels
- notice and appreciate the good things in life more
- have a better understanding of your mind, body, thoughts, feelings and emotions and how this may impact on those around you and the world you live in.
Formal and informal meditation practices will be developed from week to week to enable you to develop a greater insight and experience of mindful compassion in your everyday life.
Places are limited to 15 and the group format allows for sharing of practice, discussion and exploration of experiences to complement learning. Suggestions for home practice opportunities will be offered at each session and complemented by a programme pack and meditation CDs given at key points throughout the programme.
