Rethink Focusline Consultation

Proposals to change mental health Focusline telephone support.

In recent years the four Derbyshire Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) and Derbyshire County Council (DCC) have provided financial support to a number of organisations that provide services in the community.  The CCG's and DCC have been jointly reviewing grant funded arrangements for mental health over the past year.

As part of the continuing review of mental health voluntary sector funding, the CCGs and DCC would like to hear your views on proposals to make changes to the Rethink Focusline service.  The consultation will be open for six weeks, starting Wednesday 14 June and during this time you will be able to give your views via an online survey or by coming along to one of two events where you can hear about the proposed changes and have the opportunity to ask questions and tell commissioners what you think. The events will be held on Thursday 13 July at the Function Room, Winding Wheel, Chesterfield S41 7SA and Wednesday 19 July at Ripley Leisure Centre, Derby Road, Ripley DE5 3HR.  To book a place contact NDVA on 01246 555908 or by email at info@ndva.org.uk.

You can complete the online survey at www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/Focusline

Please read the related Focusline Consultation document which contains more details about the proposals before completing the survey.

The consultation period will end on 26 July 2017, following which a report using the information gathered during the consultation will be prepared to enable CCG Governing Bodies and DCC Cabinet to make an informed decision about the Rethink Focusline funding.
