Penny Melville-Brown from Disability Dynamics, who is visually impaired, has created a YouTube channel called Baking Blind.
Details...
She says: "Lots of my work colleagues, friends and family already understand, but perhaps it will help others see that just having a disability doesn't limit our motivation, determination and creativity etc – many of those characteristics most desirable in an employee.
At the end of the day, its better to make decisions based on real capabilities rather than sometimes vague concepts of "disability”: see the person, not the condition."
