High
Peak CVS aims to support voluntary and community organisations
and groups in creating atmospheres where children and young
people feel valued and safe and a place there their welfare
is promoted. |
| Confidentiality |
This
policy is intended to protect the interests of users, potential
users and their carers, staff, trustees and voluntary workers. |
| Disciplinary |
The
purpose of disciplinary proceedings is to modify behaviour
to enable work in a manner consistent with the organisation's
policies. |

It

Overall
responsibility for managing the financial affairs of High
Peak CVS lies with the Trustees, who are required to reflect

or conditions of employment or the application of the organisation's

Management Committee of High Peak CVS acknowledges its responsibilities

Peak CVS believes that staff development and learning should
be an integral part of the organisation’s strategic

and, in doing so, ensure that the organisation achieves its
