is responsible for the work of all staff and volunteers.

Office & Finance Manager - Gina Spencer
Manages accounting and financial procedures of HPCVS, and oversees the management of the premises.
To ensure the CVS has effective Financial and Administrative systems to operate effectively and efficiently, including analysis and management of budgets, income and expense and VAT.
Manage a complex budgeting system
Compile the financial forecasts, annual budgets and reports of financial information, including annual returns
Member of the Management Team, Finance Sub Group, Personnel Sub Group and Digital Umbrella Strategy Group
Ensure all policies and contracts adhere to current legislation
Internal HR
To oversee the arrangements for Board Meetings.

Office and Finance Support Worker
Jane Corke
Administrative Support to Office and Finance Manager. Answer telephone, deal with office enquires. Cover for reception, weekly diary and print service when Jackie not in the office. Assisting with HR and policy work. Fire Marshall and assistant. Health and Safety Officer. Ensures adequate stocks of office supplies. Assist Office and Finance Manager with all aspects of finance work.

Development
Programme Manager
Nigel Caldwell
Leads developments both operationally and strategically in the Development Programme Area and delivers development support to voluntary and community groups.

To increase the capacity and sustainability of development work within High Peak CVS.
Takes a lead in identifying and leading new project initiatives.
Manages specified staff within the Development Programme Area.
Contributes to CVS policy development
Deputises for the Chief Executive. |

Development
Worker - Sustain Project
Esther
Jones
It
is the responsibility of the Development Workers to
identify gaps in local provision and work with voluntary and
community groups to develop solutions.
| To
enhance the effectiveness of new and existing groups
by providing relevant information, training and support.
To coordinate capacity-building and joint-working
activities.
Esther has specific responsibility for the SUSTAIN project, Local Network Fund and buildings. |

Development Team Support Worker
Louise McNeil
Provides
administrative support to the Development programme team. Helps identify and meet the needs of voluntary and community groups in the High Peak. Accompanies workers when working with groups.
Researches appropriate sources of information and advice. Typing, minute taking, photocopying and filing, including developing systems to readily access information and regular mailings to groups.

Small
Group Project Co-ordinator
Liz Fletcher
Liz
offers support to small voluntary and community groups - particularly
those that are marginalised, disadv-antaged or rurally isolated. She can visit groups anywhere in the High Peak. Help can include
advice on structures of groups, roles and responsibilities
of management committee members,
| funding, running meetings, charitable status and training.
The
project also has resources to loan free of charge to
groups such as a digital camera, display boards, gazebo,
marker board, reference
books and various publications. Liz also runs training
courses to help groups meet identified needs. |
