Celebrating 5 years of
Social Prescribing
March marks five years since we opened our incredible Social Prescribing Service!
We initially opened days before the first lockdown, which forced us to change the way we worked and supported clients. We were a team of two, speaking to clients on the phone, ensuring they had the essential items they needed.
Fast forward five years, and we are now a team of 12, making us one of the biggest teams in Derbyshire, working with both adults and children aged 14+!
