BECOME A CORPORATE PARTNER

As a partner of High Peak CVS you are working with us to enable volunteer and community groups across the district to find local solutions to local problems, often meeting gaps in statutory provision, or indeed services commissioned by the CCGs.

We support hundreds of local groups across the High Peak by offering essential advice, training and guidance without which voluntary organisations might flounder and people’s needs would be unmet.

Open to all public and private organisations, businesses and companies working within the High Peak.

WHY BECOME A CORPORATE PARTNER

A High Peak CVS Corporate Partnership is an agreement over 12 months. Each partnership agreement is unique to the individual or organisation that partners with us and can include:

  • Staff volunteering
  • Donating services and expertise
  • Training sessions for CVS Staff, volunteers, members and organisations
  • Fundraising
  • Sponsorship
  • Provision of venue/meeting space
  • Support PR opportunities
  • Financial donations
  • Charity of the Year

High Peak CVS values the support of businesses and the impact you can have on the local community. As a charitable organisation ourselves, we rely heavily on donations and funding so we do ask for a discretionary donation per corporate organisation.

If you’re interested in learning more about the work of High Peak CVS and/or how a Corporate Partnership could work for your organisation, please contact Ross Burnage, Chief Executive on: Ross@highpeakcvs.org.uk or call: 01663 735350

The Classes

Mini First Aid deliver a variety of First Aid classes which are accessible to all the community depending on your personal requirements.

Helen Walker
Originally a Primary School Teacher for over 17 years, Helen has been involved with many first aid situations and understands just how crucial it is to have basic first aid skills, if an emergency situation arises.

Helen is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience to equip people with the confidence and skills to deal with an emergency, in a calm and safe way.

Amy Harden-Henry
As a Senior Flight Stewardess for 9 years, she was responsible for her crew and 400 passengers on each flight, Amy quickly realised that more people need to be able to deliver first aid in everyday emergency situations all across the UK. Amy jumped at the opportunity to help other parents and children to feel just as confident in an emergency situation, knowing that the knowledge she passes on could save a life!

“We are so excited to be a corporate partner with CVS as we feel so passionate about delivering a range of award winning First Aid courses to our local community. We feel we can help support your members with their amazing work of community and business development with our services.”
