Bereavement Service Support 

Part Time (15hrs) *Fixed term till 31st July 2027

£27,000- £32, 022 (FTE) depending on experience = £10,945 – £12,576 pro rata annual salary at 15 h/pw

An exciting opportunity has now arisen, to support our Bereavement Service. This National Lottery Funded Service supports High Peak residents who have been bereaved and require some support 

Working closely with the Bereavement Service Lead, this post will support with promotion and networking on behalf of the service, manage referrals and exit interviews and after some induction facilitate group sessions.

The successful applicant will hold a Counselling or related qualification and have an understanding of the impact of grief on an individual. This is an excellent role for someone looking to work within the not for profit/charity counselling sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role for an organisation who do great work within their local communities.
