Grow Outside CIC are offering a free six-week outdoor wellbeing programme as part of the Derby/Derbyshire Green Social Prescribing test and learn pilot.
They are having one of their sessions in High Peak where ten FREE places will be available – Wednesdays 18 Aug to 29 Sep (excluding 8 Sep) 10am – 12pm at Beardwood Farm, Furness Vale SK23 7QF.
The GreenSPring project are seeking referrals for adults who are experiencing mental health challenges and would benefit from a range of nature-based activities including:
- Gardening
- Nature crafts and identification
- Conservation tasks
- Mindful walking
