Joined Up Care Derbyshire / Integrated Care System.  

From April 2022, a new planning and delivery structure for Health and Social Care will bring together Health, Local Authorities and the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector.

This will be called the Integrated Care System (ICS). This will hopefully be a great way of being more connected and thus, more together as a community.

Derbyshire Voluntary Action are asking you to participate in this important survey about the ICS and how it links in with the VCSE. This will be your chance to influence the agenda from a VCSE perspective.
