High Peak CVS Development Workers Clare and Deb dropped into see Ana at the Grapevine Wellbeing Centre in Buxton’s Market Place last week to hear all about how things were going.

The Grapevine Wellbeing Centre is a recognised Safe Space for anyone struggling with their wellbeing or who has any mental health condition.

Offering drop-in sessions for anyone who requires support with their wellbeing and mental health, The Grapevine is a registered ‘safe space’ where people are welcome to pop in for a chat and a cup of tea.

With the pandemic limiting numbers, the services Ana and the team at The Grapevine have been able to deliver has been affected, but looking ahead to the new year this challenge will be something that will be overcome with the happy news of a move to a new bigger premises very soon.

The centre also offers several arts and craft sessions, singing, and looking ahead is hoping to also offer mindfulness sessions, creative writing, and a film group.

The Grapevine Centre has been a long-time member of High Peak CVS, a relationship which benefits both parties and which could benefit your group, charity, or community organisation too.

Deb and Clare would love to hear from you if you would like to find out more about the specialist support they can offer. From setting up a new group, to funding support, we cover the whole spectrum.
