- Living Well Locality Co-Ordinator
This role will be essential in leading and organising both the High Peak and Derbyshire Dales Collaboratives to ensure maximum engagement from cross sector partners with a particular focus on ensuring that local Voluntary and Community Organisations have an active opportunity to participate within these partnerships.

- Bereavement Support Worker
This role will be an essential part of the team and will work alongside and report to the Bereavement Lead and offer additional group support, including complex and multiple bereavement. The successful candidate would be contributing to vital work that would help support those at a time when they are struggling and make a difference to lives within the High Peak community.
